OPENTRUTHBOX

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
All this control by the lover asking the love ones to change and vice versa causes the breakdown in relationships. Everything becomes a power game and love is lost. What is the answer to this, unconditional love? It is total acceptance without requiring any change, accepting each person as unique and different from us. You are perfect and I love you for what you are. Man’s conditional love has ruined the world the environment and all God’s beautiful gifts to make them perfect to suit human needs. In unconditional love the total acceptance without any change is what we have to accept. When you do this you start loving unconditionally.

Maybe what we are also talking about is detacthed affection.

I wonder in the human context, if there are ever any instances of total unconditional love. How can there be unconditional love when man himself is a creature of conditions ? We arise and fall based on conditions that support us and our acceptance of another into our space must therefore by logic be ruled by conditions. The conditions that prevailed to allow the other into ones life, or the very appeal of another is based on conditions(as are its opposites)... and to say that one can accept another without change has a hole in the theory - coz the state of existence is in chaos and change. The momentum forward itself is change. Is it possible for love itself to be constant and changeless when every phenomena is subject to change?

On the other hand a certain detachment in ones affection gives spaces in which both can change and still accept each other. o I think for unconditional love to occur what we may need as a pre requisite is detached affection.
